⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Callum and the team at Welch Estate Agents highly enough. I've worked with Callum for over two years, both when purchasing a commercial property and through the management of my rental property, and the service has been outstanding throughout. Buying my commercial property was a complex process, but Callum went above and beyond from start to finish. His communication, knowledge and willingness to help made everything so much easier, and I genuinely don't think the purchase would have gone as smoothly without him. Welch Estate Agents have also managed my rental property brilliantly, finding great tenants, achieving an excellent rental price, organising all the required certificates, carrying out regular inspections and sending photo updates. It gives me complete peace of mind, especially when I'm away with work. A big thank you to Callum, Tom and the whole team for everything you've done over the last few years. I really appreciate it and look forward to continuing to work with you in the future.
