Ben was acting as the estate agent for the sellers of the property we purchased. It might seem odd to be leaving a good review for the representative on the other side of the transaction, but it goes to show how great Ben is. The purchase was at some points quite stressful and the risk of everything falling apart felt heightened. The pressures putting the whole sale at risk were from our end (due to issues our buyers were having with the purchase of our house at the time). Nevertheless, Ben was always extremely understanding and reassuring when we communicated these issues with him. On numerous occasions he offered up his own contacts and resources to help unlock problems, which was much appreciated. In his communication with me, Ben was always extremely friendly, supportive, calm and professional. This isn’t an experience that I can say I’ve always had with a seller’s agent. I’m very grateful to Ben for making a stressful situation feel less catastrophic (during the bad times!) and guiding us throughout the process to ensure that we got our dream family home! I’d thoroughly recommend Ben, he’s both extremely knowledgeable and a lovely person who will do his upmost best to secure you the outcomes you’re seeking.
