GoogleReally valued a bricks and mortar estate agent for our recent sale. There was always someone to answer queries or pass on messages. Sharon and the team at Wilkie May and Tuckwood were very helpful and supportive especially when things dragged on… but we got there in the end!

GoogleWe recently completed on a sale of a 2 bedroom flat (leasehold) in Wellington., Somerset. There were a few problems involving a deed of variation which involved liason between solicitors offices in Guildford, Wellington and Exeter. Abby and her colleagues at Wilkie May and Tuckwood Wellington branch were Exemplary in all their dealings to bring this sale to a satisfactory conclusion. Thank you to a very professional and friendly team, we would wholeheartedly recommend them.

GoogleI recently bought my first home with Wilkie May and Tuckwood in Wellington. The whole team are so friendly and helpful, I have called into the office lots of times over the last few months and I was always met with a smile. Initially at viewing and offer stage I dealt with Sharon and Abby, both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, the property I had viewed and the buying process. Claire took over from this point and she was outstanding and guided me through the process- which was a long one! She was very responsive to my emails, nothing was too much trouble! Claire worked very hard chasing solicitors and communicating with other parties in the chain to get the sale to completion. At every step she provided reassurance and eased the inevitable stress of the buying process. Thank you very much!

GoogleI filled in an online form to get a valuation on my property. I was promptly called the following day to arrange an appointment. I didn’t have to wait long for them to come out and complete the valuation. Abby was so easy to deal with and brought along a colleague for a second opinion to make sure an accurate valuation was given. Abby was friendly, approachable and lovely with my two small children. I was promptly sent a written valuation. They seem very slick and efficient with the running of the business! GoogleClare and Tom were amazingly patient over the months we were looking for a property. They went out of their way to ensure I had enough time to view due to an injury. I never felt pressurised in any way. Not only are they very good at their job but they are friendly too and really cared about finding the right property for us. In the end we found a property through another agent but Clare shared our delight at picking up the keys to our new property on completion day. I can thoroughly recommend Clare and the team.

GoogleI have fairly recently purchased a leasehold property in Wellington through Wilkie May & Tuckwood. Tricky negotiations at the beginning were handled really well. My purchase went through very smoothly and W M & T were really good at keeping me informed throughout the process. The whole team were at all times professional, courteous and friendly. A special mention for Naomi who ensured that everything progressed well and I certainly felt in capable hands. I highly recommend the whole team and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We have consistently received first class customer service from them throughout our journey. The team have gone above and beyond to not only sell our home, but have also helped us in securing our new home. They have made a stressful process feel so much smoother and we cannot thank them enough for this. It's thanks to the team's hard work and dedication that our house sold so quickly, and we have now found our forever home. The team go out of their way to make you feel valued, so you don't just feel like just another 'client'. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. If I could give them a 10 star review, I would!

GoogleHave just sold a house with WMT. As ever, the staff (particularly Kim and Lisa) have been willing to put in effort over and above what could reasonably be expected to iron out the inevitable glitches and get to exchange and completion. Would definitely recommend.
