GoogleHorrendous service, and was even lied to about property's being let when they weren't, thankfully the property we wanted was with another estate agents and we have successfully moved. But steer clear of these dishonest and rude agents.
As a professional estate agents we have strict referencing criteria which unfortunately you did not meet. Good luck in your new home.

I felt there’s was a lack of communication, we found that had to ring to inquire about updates. From experience other local estate agents ring on a weekly basis to keep clients informed and I think this would be something to consider as communication is key for all parties involved in the sale or purchase of a property
