I had been a tenant for nearly 2 years with Martin Pendered and I had the best experience with them. The team were responsive on any issues that arised with the property. Every phone call was followed up with dates and times. Judith was amazing . She had the time to go through everything with me when I had personal issues, aliased with the landlord , and nothing was to much for her . I was sad to move but unfortunately the home wasn't big enough for us . But I would recommend them 100% . A letting agency that I would 100% go back to.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Extremly slow and impossible to work with! Contacted them on Friday to view a property on Monday as I am in a hurry because I have less then 30 days until I need to move out from my current rental property. Received an email from them on Monday requesting a lot of private information in order for them to consider to show me the house. Called them and tried to explain that I can only see the house today and I am very interested they replied "so are 50 others" very rude and unprofessional people working at Martin Pendered. Offered to send them my personal details if I could see the house today but it seemed such an enormous task for the person I spoke with that it makes you just give up lol. To bad as I really really loved the house they had advertised on Stanwell Way. What is the point of a credit check if someone from Martin Pendered needs to check you before your credit check....i really thought Martin Pendered was a lettings agency not a bank but who am I to judge. Pesonally I would stay very away of Martin Pendered if you are looking to rent in Wellingborough.

My parents are currently leasing a property through them. The initial process was very good and super organised. Unfortunately reporting difficulties in the property is proving a bit of a challenge. Hopefully this improves with time. UPDATE ...I have noted your response. Thank you very much for taking the time to respond. I note you have isolated one recent incident. My review was intended to firstly commend the team I dealt with to secure the property and also to provide general feedback on our interaction since the very impressive inception of our dealing with your company. I did not wish to isolate only just one incident which you correctly state has now been addressed after at 13:49 I chased up an email which had been sent at 17:31 on the day before (granted a minute or so after closing time) and we finally heard back from the team at 15:13. The responses have vastly improved.

Thank you for your recent review. We always advise tenants to call the office when they have an emergency such as a boiler not working. Emailing the office with such an important issue is not the best way to get information to us in a speedy in fashion. The recipient maybe out of the office and therefore we would be unable to respond as quickly as we would like. In this instance, we were able to arrange for the landlord to attend the property on the same day. The landlord has arranged for the installation of a new boiler. We trust that this service meets with your approval.

Fine letting agents. Friendly, fast to respond, helpful. Within 40 minutes of contacting them regarding a broken valve, they sent for a plumber and it was fixed.

I am yet to move in but I'm extremely satisfied with how smooth & fast the process has been. Very friendly, helpful & quick response to all my concerns. Thanks to the team at Wellingborough esp. Janet, Judith & Alison... For exceeding my expectation from viewing to signing of agreement. STAY CLEAR OF THESE CHARLATANS! Unprofessional, rude, immature, time wasting and disrespectful to the feelings of people who are going through difficult times. Make out like they’re doing you a favour. You pass referencing and then they LIE to get out of actually having to let you a property. Vile behaviour and shouldn’t be allowed to be in business!

We cheaked almost every letting agents in Wellingborough but this place was the only worst place.lots of advertisements on the board when we get there was terrible lady on the right side she behave like we were there to beg. Please get in if you look good otherwise they will treat you bad

Be aware of this agency after 18 months of tenancy we are lucky to move out still waiting for out deposit, case is now logged with Tds we also opened case on social media because there isn't just us that they try to charge for things that they shouldn't also if you have fault on any equipment you gonna wait for months to get things fixed we had to live with no extractor fan which triggers fire alarm everytime when we tried to cook for almost 8 months we had rats in attic for over 6 months where in the end they are accusing us up on having flea in the house which generate cost of £200 to clean with no evidence or relevant paperwork to prove so, house was left spotless we cleaned it all through out but still there is another £150 charge for cleaning the property BE AWARE!
