GoogleI chose Your Move to advertise my property on the rental market. The consultant that was assigned to my property was UMBRIN KOSAR. The service that I received was ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!! She communicated with me at each important step throughout the process, and managed to rent the property within 2 days of going on the market. She was very courteous and polite, and was well versed on the subject of the rental market. I would highly recommend Your Move to anybody considering using an estate agent. Avtar Singh

GoogleI have been dealing with Umbrin Kosar who has been extremely helpful, we have had some problems with regards to gaining access to view a property. Umbrin has made herself available out of office hours to try to put our minds at rest and to try to resolve the situation. I would give Umbrin 5 stars for her help and conduct in this matter. We are still awaiting a viewing but this is due to the current situation with tenant and certainly not for the want of trying on Umbrin's part.

GoogleFollowing my application to let a property via your team I can wholly say that the support provided all the way through the process has been excellent. From the first viewing with Laura who took away my questions and got me answers the following day, to Umbrin Kosar who was my main contact following the application being submitted. I can honestly say that Umbrin exceeded expectations and provided amazing support throughout the whole process, even when it looked like we had hit a roadblock she managed to resolve it. You should be proud of the whole team in your office as no matter who I dealt with for just general queries, I got answers to what I'd asked, from a very knowledgeable and friendly team. Regards Dave

Your Move Estate Agents in Wednesfield let me a property in which the cooker did not work and boiler also didn't work. So no heating hot water or cooking facilities. I endured this for 6 weeks an despite numerous calls to the agents and landlord these were not rectified. I spent most my time at my mothers and eventually moved into a hotel for 2 weeks. British Gas condemned the boiler as it had got a gas leak.When talking to estate agent Your Move I was told, " I have to be on the side of the landlord". Unbelievable. I was forced to hand in keys early as the place was uninhabitable.Be vey cautious if renting through these estate agents.
