Letting agents do not update properties when already let. It still shows on here. Rightmove should be able to make this mandatory so that customers do not waste time ensuring for property that has been let.

Too expensive to be on it. Its not worth for the price. They just bombard with same enquiry to many agents and lots of adverts. Also they will divert your client to someone else or to their adverts. A complete waste of time and you will never recover your cost!

Worst service ever. I have emailed about so many properties through their website, over 20 now and no one has ever responded to me. The homes on here are also usually sold out and they put them on their website so consumers call up and they can suggest different properties.

While the site works very well, there is no ratings system for estate/lettings agents or any kind of vetting of the search results. This would be a big plus for those not wanting to get tied up with 'cowboy' agents, who ignore complaints, don't carry out repairs and charge extortionate fees, etc.

A really useful service at your fingertips. The amount of properties viewable and variety of search filters makes Rightmove the best place to look for property in my opinion. Pictures, floorplans, maps and detailed descriptions are very helpful. Contacting estate agents through links is also very easy.

I have found rightmove to be a valued tool with locating properties. One star knocked off though as properties remain listed though already been sold. This issue I hold rightmove partly to blame but it is the estate agents leaving the listings active to make them look better than they are.
