Tenant
Not helpful for tenant
From the point of view of the tenant, they are not helping at all. They don't manage to negotiate any better deals, they are even incapable of convincing the landlord that a bathtub should have a shower head in the 21st century.
Once they get the retention money, they can't organise viewings and they provide no service. They charge huge fees for this lack of service.
Not to say the other agencies normally act differently, but next time I will look for a private landlord.

How do you know a review is from one of the tenants?
The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
