We have bought a property with Fairfield and had excellent experience with Julian and Megan.They are really helpful and accommodating our needs. They have cooperated significantly well throughout the process. We highly recommend them as the best estate agents in town.

GooglePoor service had me waiting for weeks to do my checks then I failed due to not earning enough even though I told them my salary and they refused to give my holding deposit back. I will never use them again
It is really unfortunate that you feel the need to give us a 1 star review due to the results of failing an independent referencing report. Part of the initial process to secure a property would be to complete our ‘Offer to Rent’ form, so we have no part in recording the information you provide. We can only facilitate the process by explaining to you the minimum requirements of the referencing agency, which include a minimum salary figure of 30 x the monthly rent, satisfactory credit score and a positive landlord reference. Delays will only occur when the information requested by the referencing agency remain outstanding, which unfortunately is out of our control. It is also out of our control if the referencing agency find the information an applicant has provided to be incorrect. There is no benefit for Fairfields or the landlord when an application is declined, as the landlord is back to square one having to find another tenant. Even though your application was not successful, we wish you all the best and hope you find a new home soon.

GoogleFirst time we’ve sold, read all the stuff on line about using the new online sellers such as P***le bricks amongst others telling us how much money and time we would save. Glad we didn’t use them though and decided to go with Fairfield, yep you pay a bit more but in my opinion you cannot beat the service and attention we have had right from the start right through to completion. All new to us so it was great to pick up the phone and be able to speak to someone who had immense knowledge of the process and was able to put us at ease. Our house was professionally marketed and sold within 4 days, they have given us so much advice, assistance and guidance that has ensured we have had a most pleasant, stress free and fully supported sale. I really couldn’t praise the team at Fairfield any higher, we have not been alone at any stage in our sale and the support we have received has been fantastic. Particular thanks must go to Belinda who has been a consummate professional throughout. Thank you all for making a potentially stressful and challenging process so easy and comfortable, the service has been worth every penny and I would thoroughly recommend you consider using Fairfield wether you are selling or purchasing.

GoogleWe just bought our new home through Fairfield Estate. From the beginning Julian showed the house and after making the decision to buy it helped us all the process. He was very helpful with a lot of advices, also as I'm pregnant we wanted a quick process what he offered us. Very friendly, dedicated 100% and I will recommend to everyone as I had a smooth, short buying process what I thought it will take an eternity. Thank you for all your help!

GoogleWe had Fairfield sell our house after being impressed with their process when we purchased it. Some details were overlooked initially with the particulars being reused but this was quickly sorted. An acceptable offer was received very quickly and once the offer was in we started dealing with Julian Critelli who was excellent. He worked very hard, chasing solicitors and informing all parties to ensure everything went through. I would definitely use Fairfield again and feel the slightly higher fees than online agents was money well spent as Julian really pushed things though for us and ensured a successful sale.
