GoogleGiving one star as I can’t give less than that. I’ve been waiting 2 months already to get the keys from my new flat and the staff ignores me every time I go to speak with them, and let’s no talk about how many emails I have sent already without any answer from anyone. They don’t care at all about their customers. If you email them wait at least 2 weeks until you get an answer of course. Never renting or buying a house from them, really bad service and incompetent people. I’m in a situation where I really need these keys and no one I doing nothing about it, we are talking about keys, what you use to get into your house

GoogleDey King and Haria are the most professional, efficient and friendly estate agents I have ever used. I was recently looking for a new flat, and I must have viewed at least 25 different properties, all with different estate agents, and I must say that Dey King and Haria really do set the standard. Both Ketz and Susan are extremely proactive and helpful, and make you feel really relaxed throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Dey King and Haria to anyone looking for an honest, efficient and professional estate agents in London.
