GoogleWe recently sold our home and were absolutely delighted with the service provided by Dean and Dee. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. They were always extremely quick to respond (even out of hours, it made us wonder when they sleep!). We had regular, clear and reassuring updates from them via WhatsApp that kept us completely in the loop throughout. They were proactive in keeping everything moving as swiftly as possible, consistently staying on top of every detail and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. From the outset, they were very honest and transparent with us about the unique aspects of our property and what kind of buyers it might attract. Dean gave us clear guidance on realistic pricing, what potential buyers were likely to be excited about, and practical steps we could take to get ahead of queries he thought were likely to be raised. He was able to give us an idea of the state of the market in the area and how to price to sell in the timelines we were after. His insight and upfront approach helped us feel prepared and confident throughout the process. We also found their support during some negotiations with our buyers invaluable. It was clear they genuinely cared about our situation and helped us navigate a stressful situation smoothly to achieve a result we were happy with. If you’re looking to sell in the Cheam / Sutton area, definitely speak to Dean and Dee. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

They are honest and approachable with excellent communication to back up, most importantly get the job done, completed a chain process.. Strongly recommended if you are looking to sale a house, and you mean it!!

GoogleDean and Deirdre are absolutely brilliant, I am so happy they managed to sell my house. They are so professional and are always on hand for advice and recommendations. I felt completely at ease with them, and never felt awkward asking silly questions. A great touch was we had a what's app group with all three of us in so there was never any communication problems. GoogleI had the pleasure to appoint Dean & Dierdre for my recent house sale after having two bad experiences with apathetic big chain estate agents. D & D are very understanding of the human side of a property transaction, this shines through their quick and effective communication and their sensitivity when delivering difficult news. D&D priced my house correctly and worked tirelessly to get the best offer possible. My sale wasn't the easiest through no fault of their own, however, they made a difficult process much easier to bear. If I ever had to move again I would choose them and I have recommended them to friends and neighbours.

GoogleWe were worried about which Estate Agent to use to sell our house. After looking at reviews and on a friend’s recommendation we chose Dean and Dierdre at Ewe Move. Best decision ever! From our initial meeting with Dean we were made to feel at ease. D & D live locally and have outstanding knowledge of the property market in Cheam & surrounding areas. Within 10 days Dean arranged one open day which resulted in 4 offers. 2 being 30k over the asking price, we were blown away! When taking photos Dierdre’s expertise shone through. D & D make a great team. You will not find a better personalised service from start to finish - we were kept informed every step of the process. GoogleI’m so pleased I chose Dean and Dierdre to act as my estate agents for the sale of my parents house. They arranged excellent photography, which showed off the property to its full potential, and together with great marketing, meant that on the day the property went on the market, we had lots of interest. They arranged and attended multiple viewings, keeping us informed at every step. D&D quickly secured us a very acceptable offer. They recommended their contacts for conveyancing, and the sale has completed today without a hitch. The most stress free house sale I have ever experienced. I cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleI am so glad we found Dean and Dierdre to help us sell our house. They were friendly and professional, their communication was spot on, clear and transparent, we always felt at ease when talking to them, they treat you like what you are (a human being selling your house) not like the other agencies that show no respect at all, they are patient and show you respect when answering questions.
