On16-11-2023, when I asked the site manager Daniel to help me moving the furniture(that's not his job), he helped me without hesitate and very pleasant. it make me feeling that I bought the right property with such night company and workers.

Sadly the windows in our high rise are falling out thanks to Berkeley Homes shoddy windows.I bought a flat new in 2006 and have complained to them previously.They have made no effective attempt to fix them

Very happy with all the support from Princes Chase . Very nice development , very supportive team . Nicola, Sally and Chloe all been with us all the way in our stressful process . Our completion day was very well organised and the house was exactly how we expected . Any issue we had after completion Berkeley been very supportive . Highly recommended .

I am from California. I knew not much at all about UK. Reiss Mant (customer service team) helped and informed me about every detail along the way. He helped to coordinate the furniture moved in. So, i am able to sleep in my new home, the day i arrived in London. It's just amazing!

Don’t even think about buying a home with them unless you want them to take your money and then wash their hands of any issues you have and you want to deal with horrific customer service standard!! Quality of the homes on Highwood are an absolute joke and how they have been passed by the NHBC is questionable with the issues being raised.

I really appreciate everything from Berkeley Group. I bought several properties in Fulham Reach and Beaufort Park for living and invest as well. The design, building, concierge, gym and Tesco express everything is wonderful, you can ask for nothing more! Especially the management of the estate, they do anything they can to meet your need to run your property smoothly.

Nicely built homes Except for the rear gardens for the price of the home should be a lot better full of weeds and not even level. Really annoying to look at. House nicely laid out inside good kitchen appliances Built in wardrobe are nice and bathrooms nice.Customer service very friendly and can’t do enough. Constant contact to see if everything is alright.

I bought a Berkeley flat. The building it was in burnt down in 20 minutes 2 years ago due to design level errors in the fire safety features. I now live in rented accomodation with my wife and 2 small children. Berkeley still haven't admitted liability despite the fire brigade's report pointing the blame at their corner cutting. Buyer beware.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! ONCE THEY HAVE CONNED YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY FOR IMPROPERLY BUILT “HOMES”, YOU WILL ONLY EXPERIENCE TOTAL LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND GASLIGHTING FROM THEM!!! THEY SHOULD BE MADE TO PAY BACK EVERYBODY THEY HAVE EVER SOLD PROPERTY TOO AND LEGALLY SHUT DOWN!!!

Danielle been very meticulous, patience and responsive in assisting me on the progress and handling over of my apartment. It's been a smooth process even I'm not in UK personally. Like the few videos which to keep me updated with the progress. Do keep up the good work!!

Overall positive experience for me but the end part during completion, I wish that more information such as additional costs due to contract extension can be made known earlier so I can do something about it instead of just paying passively. All critical dates with cost impact should be provided upfront to the buyer.

Very happy with our recent investment in a flat at SQP. Given that we are based overseas it was essential that the sales / service team kept us abreast of all upcoming deadlines etc. throughout the project - which they did. Very happy with Berkeley Homes customer service. Our new home is stunning and we are very happy. Some room for improvement and a bit of tweaking/tightening up needed to take my survey up from a 4 to a 5/5, but overall very happy with our new home the the service given by Berkeley Homes.
