As my first experience of purchasing a buy to let property and being a landlord, from Katie in sales to Jade and Hayley in lettings Beals and the team have made it an absolute breeze. While challenges with tenants are somewhat inevitable, Hayley phones with solutions not problems which makes the whole process infinitely easier. Looking forward to expanding the portfolio with the team’s Support!

Practically gave myself a tour of the house and done all the talking. Was extremely uncomfortable and awkward with the estate agent, I should feel the opposite from someone that works in customer service.

We had an unsuccessful sale but not because of the valiant efforts of the Beals team. Very helpful and honest and just the sort people I wanted to market my home. Always there to chat and offer advice when needed. Highly recommended for all those who need to sell or buy in the area. Would definitely deal with the team again - I am already in contact with their rental department!
