GoogleWe recently worked with Petrina to purchase our new home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Petrina was professional, knowledgeable, and made everything feel really smooth. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and offered great advice when needed. We're delighted with our new home and really appreciate all of Petrina's help and guidance. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an auctioneer who can get things done with a great attitude. Thank you.

GoogleAt a time when estate agents are inundated with prospective buyers, Petrina of Purcell Properties Waterford was the ultimate professional. She was a pleasure to deal with throughout the buying process, keeping us informed at all stages and addressing our queries in a timely manner. She genuinely made the entire experience seamless and thus we would highly recommend Purcells to anyone thinking of buying or indeed selling their house.

GoogleIf I could give 10 stars I would! Such a professional company to deal with. From stat to property close it was just easy. For an Irish person to buy from a fellow Irish person in spain it was trust from the get go. Ronan was our man on the ground and we could not recommend him enough.

GoogleConor and his team at Purcell Properties recently handled the sale of a property for us and I couldn't speak highly enough of the service which we received from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the advice received was reasoned and appropriate with the sale completing seamlessly. It's very easy to recommend them.
