GoogleWe rented a house through Hutchinson Auctioneers for a number of years and they have been great to deal with. Joanie and Shirley were very professional, friendly and were always quick to respond to our queries and questions. I would highly recommend using their services.

GoogleWent there to ask for any house to rent as we passed by. Ignorant lady told us to make online enquiry so Ive ask her if its a problem to tell us now whats available in person..answer was she wont talk to us now. What a sample of stupidity! Why wudnt u spend 5mins with client in person? We are good tenants with positive work and landlord references but she just doesnt give a F. Thats shows they care about landlords/all positive feedback here/ only and tenants are zero's for them. So we went to other agents where we found nice house and they good reliable tenants. Well done Hutchinsons.. not even one star rating for u. After ur reaction: Please stop tryin look like u acted ok and I am liar. Ive asked you nicely if u can talk to us as we are there and you said NO with ignorant face dear lady! With such a altitude u must be best property agent around. And dear lady, good few other ppl told us to not go to ur agency due to similar experience and as I see, they were right no matter how hard u try to excuse urself in your reaction. So as other estate agents "loves" you lol. PS you are right, not all positive reviews was wrote by landlords.. only 95% ...my bad 😂
Dear Martin, I remember you from today. It's always disappointing to receive a negative review. Firstly just to correct you there are a mix of positive tenant and landlord comments on our review list. Your review is inconsistent with our encounter. The landlord is my client and I have an excellent system set up for sourcing the best tenants, this is why I have so many happy landlords and happy tenants, considering the volume of properties I have leased at any given time. Delighted you sourced a house because we don't have any houses listed at the moment. Best of luck with it and hope you will be happy there.

GoogleHorrible experience. We are currently renting property from this agency. We have to pay in cash every month like in 1995 and they never hve a change, very rude and arrogant branch manager who acts like you're actually bothering her. Opening hours on the website are probably made up, because they take a break whenever they want and you're left waiting outside for ages. I'd give 0-star rating if that was an option. Highly not recommended!
Dear Daniel, that sounds like an awful experience. We don't seem to have you on your system so we cannot try to fix any of the issues you have. We are a bit perplexed by your post but would do our utmost to resolve any issues you may have. I love to look after my tenants and always do my best to ensure that they are happy. I don't think it is anything that cannot be remedied. We do hope to hear from you. Our office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm Friday and we open during lunch too, we are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Hi Leah, sorry your experience was not to your liking. I did consult with the business owner who was in the back office and heard your interaction with my colleague. His take on the conversation was a bit different to yours but we hope you will be able to find accommodation somewhere else. Landlords do expect us to get landlord references and we have to carry out due diligence in that respect. A reference from a parent would normally not be acceptable to a landlord. Best regards.

GoogleHutchinson Auctioneers have looked after and let my properties since 1998. During that period I have found them thoroughly professional to deal with and have never had a single issue with any of the tennants they selected to occupy my houses. I would highly recommend their service and wouldn't consider using any other letting agent in preference.
