GoogleInitially the first emails I received following an interest in a property were great and informative from one individual however I have found the email responses following that to be quite unprofessional and rude from a different member of staff. I wasn't provided an update about viewing date and time and reached out for this and was given quite a blunt and unprofessional response. This has been my first time dealing with this company and as a result I have immediately asked for my information and interest to be removed.

Hello Rosemary, we deal with a very high volume of enquiries and can only provide viewing details once they are confirmed and in line with the landlord’s instructions. Unfortunately, dates and times are not always available immediately.
We also note that your circumstances changed during this process, which is not something we would automatically be aware of unless communicated to us.

GoogleNot sure if I would ever use these guys to be honest. I would not truest what you see advertised after my experience.
I was disappointed to find the property did not resemble any pictures on the listing from the outside, I thought the estate agent had given me the wrong address at first and I opted not to go into the property after seeing the outside.
I have found it a waste of my time and it is disappointing to find that the estate agent has not been due diligent.

As we have not had any correspondence with you we are unable to comment on this. All of our properties are sold very quickly to registered buyers and those people leave us great reviews mainly on Facebook as with social media you are able to see who the reviews are from.
