What an excellent experience with Jill Moore staff we've had. The purchase of our new home was made so much easier by how helpful, knowledgeable and informative they were. Communication was amazing, and there was never a time that I couldn't speak to someone when needed. And when promised a call back, I got that call back within minutes. The perfect mix of professional and personable, the service we received couldn't have been better. My property was on the market for 6 months with another agent but viewings were limited. I was really downhearted but Tom encouraged me to re list my property with Jill Moore before Christmas. I was hesitant but took his advice. When Tom came to do the photos he really listened to what I thought the issues were with the photos taken by the previous agent. He captured some great images which really highlighted the light and space. The marketing was much better and my home sold within days. The communication from the whole team has been excellent.
