I moved to a Crest Nicholson Development two months ago (Fairfield Gardens). The house is lovely and finished to a high standard. Any snags have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Very child friendly place with a good sense of community.

DO NOT BUY A CREST NICHOLSON HOME. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Terrible aftercare. And if they offer to lay a free lawn it's because they chucked a load of builders rubble underneath and do not want you to see it. Tricksters

Don’t buy any property from this people!!! After sale coustumer service is absolutely rubbish!!! They will do everything not to repair your property. You will end up blame for all defects!!! Absolutely Useless coustumer service!!!
