TrustpilotTried to change Broadband provider from…
Tried to change Broadband provider from BT to a cheaper alternative only to be told that BT have put a block on the line and they are the only provider allowed to supply Broadband to the property. Surely this is illegal?I can only imagine that Crest Nicholson are on a huge backhander from BT to allow them to get away with this and yet another reason why I would never recommend or buy another Crest property.

Brought a new home from this developer via shared ownershipWas told by friends that this a good developer and should be a good deal Moved in after 18 months of the property being built and defects were all passed over to Soresi the HA Roof and Cladding poor installed loose . Heating and radiators full of sludge not working and floor rising in places doors not shuting windows not closing or opening either

I was honestly surprised how helpful they are. Our new home is amazing and there were only a few minor issues after we moved in. Crest fixed all of them fairly quickly and the 3rd party contractors were really putting their heart in it. One of the guys spent 3 hours to fix a minor issue with the kitchen worktop. Just to make it beautiful! Thank you all for the amazing work!

Even though you own a road you still haven’t laid it over a year later since building finished but lay rounds on parts that completed a lot longer after us

Please don't buy a property from Crest.Have had major issues with my house, for years. Due to the mess that Crest made in their incompetent attempts at repairs, NHBC have had to take over. House may not be structurally sound...may have to be bought by NHBC.Don't touch them with a bargepoll. Their customer service is a joke, just fobbed off all the time...biggest purchase of my life which has lead to years of heartbreak.

Surprised to see negative comments as I’ve had the best experience with this house builder. I moved into Nash Mills and they couldn’t have made things easier. They jumped on my snagging (there wasn’t very much), great quality and far better service than the previous new build I bought from a different company. Highly recommend them based on the service I received and quality of build! Sales and site team were excellent!!
