GoogleI wanted to write to thank Yvonne, especially from the rental department, who was very helpful to us. After we had lived in the house for six months, the landlord decided to sell it, but because I have a small child, they waited for us for four or five months and were very helpful. They don't have any ridiculous procedures like other agencies, and they always try to help. I recommend them to everyone.

GoogleI cannot begin to say how impressed I am with the service from Claire at New Way Homes. After seeing a review saying how good they were I decided to get in touch with both New Way and another 'large' company with offices in Penketh. Claire was responsive and professional right from the start coming in with a great quote, the other company was much more expensive and when I reached out to them, they were very rude in their reply including a comment of 'cheap is not always best'. Well I chose Claire and as I live in the US things could have proven to be a little difficult, not with Claire taking care of things! She was fantastic at communicating with me, the solicitors, the buyers and keeping everything calm and moving along. She was invaluable to me through the whole process. FacebookI have viewed properties with nearly every agent in Warrington and New Way Home were fantastic, their service after agreeing to purchase was also excellent and they helped keep together a purchase which looked as though it was going to fall apart. This is where traditional agents are really worth the extra as a seller over online ones. 10/10.

New Way homes sold our house before it was even put on the market. I would highly recommend them, they always answer the phones and if one is unavailable they always call back. FacebookTotally disproportionate "admin" fees of £300 pounds but failed to or were unable to give a breakdown. Unable to reply to questions as to why the fees are so sky high. Resulting in moving in costs of over £1500! That is nothing but a cash grab. Good luck with your "family run competitive" mission statement you have on your website. Good luck finding people to rent from you.

FacebookIve used used New Way Homes for a number of years now firstly when I was single buying my own place to growing as a family with my husband. I wouldn't go to anyone else despite there being numerous competitors on my doorstep here in Liverpool. I know by using New Way I will always receive a excellent service with good honest advice and offered the best products available to me. Ive taken out various mortgages and insurances through New Way and been very happy with everything provided, even down to our most recent remortgage. We are currently saving ourselves money while paying our mortgages off sooner through the extensive experiance and knowledge of Dave. Thanks again

FacebookI have bought 6 properties in total from Newway Homes, and i have also undertaken mortgages for all those 6, and made subsequent new mortgages once those terms ended on the mortgages. I have probably asked them to source at least 10 tenants for my properties, all of which have been excellent choices and stayed as long as reasonably expected. In conclusion I use Newway for their promptness, professional approach and value for money, a great team doing a great job. Well done guys. Alistair

GoogleRented a house from New Way Homes. The Landlord (Their Client) decided that he wanted the house back and made threats of violence if we did not vacate the property. New Way Homes said that they didn't get involved in this kind of thing and refused to take any action to secure the safety of me and my family. It is clear that New Way Homes are interested only in the clients who are letting properties and have no interest or respect for the wellbeing and safety of the people that they rent properties to. Rent a house from these guys at your own risk.
