GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience. After viewing the property, we were told that the landlord would be deciding between us and another applicant. We waited for more than two months, sending an email every week to ask for an update. The agency didn’t even bother to respond. It wasn’t until we passed by the property and saw workers inside that, when asked, they told us it had already been rented. The worst part of it all is that the agency didn’t even think we were worth replying to our emails, and we had to find out this way after all the hopes we had built up. This is not how professionals behave, shame on you!

It goes well at first, you set up viewing and that happens next day(been twice).
But further communication is awfull if any.
I have been told that landlord is deciding between me and another applicant.
As it was retail shop, I set up accountant and done all the paperwork (which wasn’t for free) to only discover that there are some renovations starting right now, so it has been let to someone else and nomone bothered to inform me about it(i have asked my agent to do so, in both cases, so i can rather start planning or look elsewhere). Such a shame they tent most of the properties around Warrington, as I really don’t wanna go through this again.

GoogleBeing Birmingham based we needed an agent to act for us. We had an empty property in Warrington.
We rang Morgan Williams at 5pm on a Friday.
Rob rang us back the same evening and explained the charges etc.
He got the ball rolling straight away.
He organised a lock smith to gain entry.
Sent us the condition schedule.
Even got us quotes to clear the property out.
All this was done on the phone and email.
We met once 10 days from speaking to him; the property was let on a long lease on decent terms.
Thank you guys for your speedy service, reasonable charges and ease of business.
Highly recommend this firm.
