Katherine (Property Director) thinks it's acceptable to turn up at your unit unannounced (when I've been dealing with their solicitors) because they are useless and tell my business partner that 'there's something wrong with you!' because he politely asked her to send an email. A fair request, considering the whole reason they've had solicitors contact us is because they failed to bother emailing us, or contacting us by any other means regarding our lease. Her attitude is disgusting, completely inappropriate & unacceptable. I have CCTV footage of the conversation which constitutes harassment. Completely lacking basic social skills. I will be taking this further and getting legal advice regarding this incident.

I've rented business property for 20 years and I've never had a worse experience. They don't even reply to emails and even use solicitors to contact you about supposed unpaid rent (we've paid our rent every month). We've had nothing but problems from the start.
