GoogleThe state in which our house was returned to us was shameful. The property was left unlocked n unsecured. Doors kicked-in , mountain of Rubbish inside n outside , cigarette burns in carpets, totally blocked drainage, smashed floor n bathroom tiles, boiler broken 3 times, flooding resulting in caved in ceilings and unpaid council tax bills are just the tip of the iceberg. Positivity rent paid on time each month. This agency deliberately sabotaged my property and then advised me of ready cash buyers... Would not recommend to anyone because of what I experienced. Beware.

GoogleEasylet manage a flat that we own, I transferred to them after using another well known Warrington letting agent who I had numerous issues with. Now that I am using Easylet I am getting more rent than before, they charge me less for arranging the letting and the whole process has been completely stress free. I can say without any reservation that the service I receive is always highly efficient, I get payment on the same day each month and on the rare occasion when I have had a question I have sent them an email and they have replied straight away. A very pleased customer!

GoogleEasy let have been a great help to me always a phone call away when I needed them! Im a home owner of 3 properties (soon to be 4) and easy let run all of them I wouldn’t trust anybody else to run my houses! It’s a massive weight lifted of my shoulder as I don’t have time to manage them myself. I will always use easy let the more houses I buy and the team there have even helped me when I’ve been looking at buying new properties! Thanks so much and I look forward to the 4th property being rented out!

GoogleTold them so many times I wanted the property but still ignored me. Use didn’t even ask for referencing I told use I had a guarantor as it was my first time renting
