Natalie and Kyle were first class when it came to service, from answering every call or email to taking me through the process of selling my house to buying another. Nothing was ever too much hassle and they made the process a breeze. Natalie even went through the effort of touching base with me once we got sorted in our new place to make sure we were happy and settled. We can't thank them enough for everything they have done. Best property Services managed the sale of our apartment in April 2024. We had never sold a property before and myself and my wife were feeling a little anxious about it. From the moment we set foot inside the door both Natalie and Olivia put us at ease. They took us through the process and what to expect. The property was listed and we were kept fully up to date with viewings and bids. Once sale was agreed again Natalie took us through what to expect and the timeline for completion. Natalie was always at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions that we had and put us totally at ease. She was professional and extremely customer friendly at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Best Property Services to handle any property sales rentals etc. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Best Property Services provided a professional efficient service. Adrian initially gave accurate market information, guidance and timescales. Natalie was enthusiastic and person centred throughout the selling process. She kept me fully informed of progress at every stage and helped manage all the stresses of selling!
