GoogleWe bought a house through Purbeck Property in 2016. The team were polite, professional and friendly. We had heard of horror stories from friends about how bad estate agents can be but our experience was completely different. They were very attentive and particularly excellent at liaising between us and the seller as we approached exchange and completion stages. I would highly recommend Mark and his colleagues.

GoogleThis was the second house we’d sold with Mark and Dan and there’s a reason we went back to Purbeck Property, because they are fantastic and not like your other average estate agents! Always available when needed, super helpful, not at all pushy, listen to your needs and definitely nothing like a lot of the other estate agents we had dealings with! Mark and Dan really do care about helping, and listening to your needs, and I would use them again and again if I had to. (Although hopefully not moving for a very long time 😂 ) 100% recommend these guys, you will not be disappointed!

GoogleI can only have good words for Dan, Jack and Mark + lady there I do not know her name but she has been always been lovely. They are incredibly professionals without loosing humanity and natural approach in the way they treat the client. I felt I could trust these people immediately and I am not wrong. They have made a fantastic service and solved my problem of getting a home in hours! Later, as a tenant, I had some issues in the house I rented and they solved them immediately. I want to buy a house in the future, and I will not go anywhere else, but these nice guys! 100% recommended.

GoogleRecently purchased our first home through Purbeck Property having rented through them for last three years. Mark in particular was great to deal with, very helpful throughout the whole process, especially as being first time buyers we didn't really understand how it all worked. Always on hand to explain anything or help sort out any issues. Nice local firm to deal with, would highly recommend.

GoogleMark, Dan and Linda are Purbeck's finest. I have suffered from experience of others, so I feel qualified to say you cannot do better than Purbeck Property. They are pro-active at all aspects of property transactions, even down to chasing up all the other participants when they are dragging their heels further down the line with a chain situation or just doing all the background help. I've had two very successful inherited property sales with them. If your property needs attention, they have an excellent network of trades to hand too.
