GoogleChris provided a professional, friendly and very efficient service selling my property from start to end. From initial evaluation being accurate and competitive, to securing viewings and obtaining offers very quickly after listing, and communicating with me and the onward chain throughout the process. I happily bought my property 6 years ago via Jonathan Hunt and now happily sold it with them, and can say they have been well worth returning for their services.

When we asked them to value my late mother’s house Daniel arrived on time and gave a value for probate purposes immediately, without all the prevarication we’d experienced from other local agents. One failed to respond at all. They handled all aspects of the sale efficiently and dealt with our queries promptly and with courtesy at what was a very stressful time for my family. GoogleWe were with another corporate estate agent in Ware who promised much but were slow and service was poor. We changed to Jonathan Hunt, and from the first meeting with Daniel we received an excellent service; photos were taken quickly and house was promoted on the internet within 24 hours. The For Sale board was up within 2 hours. This was my 87 year old mother’s house, and therefore the service provided made a real difference to her. Jonathan Hunt only brought selected clients and the property WAS SOLD WITHIN 2 WEEKS !!!! Absolute pleasure to work with all the team; Daniel, Matt and Carol. They were OUTSTANDING

GoogleMatthew, Daniel and the rest of the team t Ware provided a professional service from start to finish despite our purchase having to be dealt with in a sensitive fashion due to the sellers age. Our purchase took place at the height of covid so naturally there were delays however the team were in constant contact proving updates. JH also sold our property and we would not hesitate to utilise their services in the future.

GoogleWell what can I say....Jonathan hunt sold our house in December, during Brexit uncertainty, in only 2 weeks and for the full asking price! They went above an beyond for the sale of our house. Special mention to Carol, Mat and Dan for all their hard work! There is a reason this is the third time I have used Jonathan Hunt....5 star service!

GoogleI cannot fault Simon and Ingrid with providing a healthy number of viewings with high calibre potentials, followed by referencing and securing a suitable tenant for my property. I have used them in the past and have always found communication and service second to none. All in all my dealings with them have been excellent in both lettings and continuing property management enabling me to delegate everything to them, safe in the knowledge my property is in safe hands- every landlords dream!

GoogleJonathan Hunt are truly amazing. Daniel has the most professional, calm and friendly matter and his entire team were always helpful throughout our sales process. Nothing was too much trouble and they all supported myself and my elderly parents respecting me as main point of contact but also respecting my parents at each viewing. I would highly recommend anyone to use them, regardless of property value as their knowledge and support is invaluable. Big thanks to everyone at Jonathan Hunt.
