GoogleAs buyers we met Richard at a property which we rapidly found didn't suit. Friendly and engaging, he made an effort to understand our needs better and suggested an alternative we hadn't previously noticed. 3 days later following a viewing we made an offer which was accepted. All follow up subsequent issues have been dealt with promptly and professionally. Have no experience as a seller, but imagine our opposite numbers are happy with the service received.

GoogleI'd just like to put in a word for Fiona Payne in the Ware office. Actually, we were purchasing from one of F and C's clients but we found Fiona extremely helpful and, in truth, the communications we received from her about progress in effecting the sale and purchase of properties in the chain we were in more informative than that we received from our own agents. She took a lot of trouble to keep us in the picture and helped build up trust between ourselves and the vendors.
