GoogleScott (Taylor Phelps) was acting for our purchase property, so not directly for us, but was absolutely outstanding! The sale and full chain would not have happened without Scott. He did more than my actual estate agents (Castles) and was a great communicator and we are forever grateful for his support and pro-activeness! GoogleAs a first time buyer I wasn't sure what to expect but Taylor Phelps were very helpful throughout the process. Luke was available to answer any questions, including arranging multiple viewings on short notice as I was travelling. I didn't feel pressured into any decision and communication with Luke and the team was always transparent. Would be happy to use them again for future sale/purchase.

GoogleMe and my partner bought our first home with Taylor Phelps and have to say we were so happy with the entire process from start to finish. Chris showed us around, he wasn't pushy, he was honest which compared to other estate agents we were very unhappy with them. Cannot recommend then enough, he was prompt all the way through and transparent and what I thought was such a big and stressful process was made so easy. When it comes to selling in the distant future I will only be using Taylor Phelps because of the honesty and transparency. Thank you for everything!

GoogleIf I could give more than 5 stars I would! All the guys here have been really helpful throughout but especially Chris. Buying in a pandemic was never going to be straightforward but Chris explained things clearly (we’re first time buyers and had no idea), recommended a brilliant solicitor, stayed in regular contact with us throughout and pushed to make this happen as quickly as he could for us. He made the whole process as stress-free as it could possibly be! I would recommend this lovely company to anyone in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to use you again in the future.
