GoogleBeen with Abbey since 2019, a few up's and downs but all in all they are quick to fix faults and have a good team, a family run business which is important. Will use again

GoogleVery unprofessional estate agents. Wouldn't even send me a video of the flat I was interested in unless I shared personal information with them including home address. Lee Abigail was rude and dismissive and wasn't willing to help a homeless person. Please don't use them. Shame because their flats/houses seemed reasonably priced.

GoogleShocking how you take a £200 holding deposit from a young couple, then at the last minute, tell them that one of the references didn't come back and you won't give them the deposit back!! Check references before you take a deposit!
