My girlfriend and I rented a property prior to the first lock down, the team where nothing but helpful and understanding and assured we could get into the property safely before the lock down came in. Through out a 12 month tenancy we did not have 1 issue with the property. Any questions we had when moving in about utilities Elvis and his team answered immediately. The property was fantasticly equipped with all the mod cons providing great value for money. When leaving the property ( which we where disappointed to do, just wanted a garden ) SWLP tried to find us another suitable property in there portfolio but sadly they had none. Daughter and 2 friends were moving out of halls in South London, looking for 3 bed accommodation. It was all a nightmare of frustration until we met Nicola. She helped us secure a property, navigated us through the system and kept prompting us to complete all the stages on time, so that the students could move as planned. A great service, very personable and willing to help. My advice is lift the phone, make personal contact with Nicola and keep in touch. Been living in a property managed by Yusuf in Balham with my wife for a little over a year now. All dealings with Yusuf are prompt and professional and easy (WhatsApp!). I lived in an amazing 4 double bedroomed flat right in the heart of Tooting Broadway for 4 years. I was very sad to leave the place, not only for the great location and memories I had, but also knowing that I probably won't get a landlord as great as Yusuf again! We didn't have many problems with the place in our time there, but whenever any issues did arise, Yusuf was always on call and never hesitated to sort anything out! I lived in a flat in Herne Hill that we organised with SWLP for just shy of two years. In that time, Yusuf was incredibly responsive to any problems we had. Once the boiler broke in the night and him and his team were there to fix it first thing! Really enjoyed living in the property and ultimately quite sad to leave.
