They told me the seller would consider offers within my budget, but then once I’d been to view it and showed interest they said the seller wanted more than my budget. Complete waste of a 3 hour round-trip during a pandemic with no explanation or apology.

It’s been 25 days since we moved out of our rental. The landlord quickly agreed to a full deposit return. Savills still has our £4K, 17 days after it was removed from the deposit scheme. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not communicate, take responsibility or act proactively

Used Savills Telford branch gentleman called Travis customer service awful doesn’t reply to emails or calls left with bad taste in mouth very pressured into them taking our deposit which should be used for damages which there weren’t
