I agreed to rent an apartment, paid deposit and supplied references. had already booked moving company - everything took a long time and already had a sense they were trying to let the same apartment to someone else (probably willing to pay a bit more) - they did not have the decency to give me a call but instead send an email saying the apartment had been rented to someone else. Thanks Savills for wasting my time

GooglePeter McCosh was diligent in seeing through the sale of a freehold flat through Exchange and now Completion. In particular liaising with our solicitor when Management Co issues were outstanding and then galvanising the buyers when it appeared their solicitor was trying to avoid another transaction over the Christmas period. Peter also gave helpful advice and suggestions on all the final niggles. An example of how a good agent earns their commission !

Unfortunately. The phrase most often used by the "negotiator" who was nothing like a negotiator. Every email began with the word and every phone conversation ended with it. So unfortunately for Savills we decided on another property. A fitting end to a dismal relationship.

Disappointing after 3 years. Very little comms, unfounded claims(proven by disputes agency) and the exit was incredibly unprofessional. One or two pleasant responders but will never use again.
