GoogleAsad and his team have managed our property whilst we are living overseas for the past 4 yrs. They are excellent at what they do and are friendly and reliable. Asad is great at negotiating between tenants and landlord. They often go above and beyond what you may expect from usual letting agents. They also have a maintenance team who offer good rates and are reliable (if you want to use different workmen you can).
Thank you Kerry for the kind words. It's always been a pleasure to help.

GoogleAsad and his team were amazing start to finish. It can be a very stressful time moving home and even just searching for the right property but Asad made the experience very easy and stress free. From the first contact I had with Asad it took just 10days to find a suitable property, complete referencing and move in to my new home. The whole team are extremely efficient and always get back to me with any queries immediately. They are all extremely professional and friendly. By far the best agents I have ever come across and will likely be the only one I use in the future. A*!
Thanks Anna for the lovely review. It was an absolute pleasure helping you find a property. :)

GoogleNext Step, Asad and his team... Absolute gems! From start to finish, Asad especially, offered a professional, passionate and enthusiastic approach to the sale of my late father's home. Always at the other end of the phone, whether it be through phone calls, emails or even WhatsApp which was a preference of mine as I tend to ignore my emails (too much junk) with updates on viewings and feelings of those who had viewed. Asad and his team promptly found us a buyer and it wasn't long before a mortgage offer was on the table and solicitors details exchanged. Asad kept in close contact with both myself and the buyer as the sale went through, which was a little more complicated than most as there was a lease extension involved, but it all went through leaving us all very happy. If you're selling, definitely give Next Step a call and ask for Asad. You won't be disappointed. Five stars and five thumbs up from us πβββββ πππππ

GoogleNext Steps Estates have been an absolute delight to help us with moving into our new flat. In 11 years of renting, I've never come across an estate agents who have been as responsive and accomodating. Whenever we've had any issues, things are dealt with swiftly and professionally. Special thanks to Asad + Nilshan who managed our move. I'd highly recommend these letting agents if you're thinking about a move in South London.

GoogleWe have recently purchased a house through Nilshan at Next Step and were delighted with the service. We managed to complete within 6 weeks of offer acceptance which was mostly a result of the great communications that Next Step maintained with both ourselves and the seller. Couldnβt recommend enough!

GoogleAsad, and the team at Next Steps, made the whole (tiresome) process of moving house so smooth and simple. They were quick to arrange viewings and did them in a safe manner. The communication was very good, Asad was responsive and managed the agreement between myself and the landlord well. Lastly the referencing, paperwork and move in were all above expectations. Great agency, would definitely go through the process with them again and recommend!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleNext Step Estate Agents..."the one stop shop for your property affairs" Asad and the Next Step Team for over a 5 year period have continuously provided us with a successful and highly professional service. From finding reliable tenants to the quick turnaround in the completion of our property purchase, not forgetting the proactivity in arranging the provision of insurance cover for us. I can attest to Next Steps as a fully supportive, one stop shop providing us an invaluable wing to wing property purchase and management service. I would highly recommend Next Steps and would continue to utilise their services whenever required. As I last mentioned to Asad, βI have peace of mind knowing that I can turn to Next Step at anytime to manage, support and advise me through my property affairsβ. I would like to say a big thank you to Asad and the Next Step Team for such an excellent customer service! Harriet & Robert

GoogleNext Step have been managing my rental property for the past 2 years. They have been consistently efficient throughout this time, keeping in contact regularly and reporting any issues as soon as they surface.
