GoogleThis is the second property transaction I have gone through with Toby at knight frank (having purchased my current flat from him 6 years ago). A real local expert offering clear, honest and sensible advide as to the very best property available on the market, making sure I was aware of what would interest me without bombarding me with things he knew would not be of interest. As a buyer he kept me up to date with what had come on the market and always made sure viewings were availble which meant we were able to move very quickly once the right property became available. Finally, Toby works hard to ensure that clients get a great service without unrealistic expectations, this means deals get done to the satisfaction of all parties and ensures that transactions actually get to exchange and completion. A great service and will definitely be on the phone to toby in the future.
