In very difficult circumstances (including consecutive buyers pulling out shortly before exchange due to terminal illness diagnosis) Florence persevered in landing buyers which is the critical service. She dealt skilfully and patiently with buyers and sellers to keep lines of communication open, identify potential for compromise and suggest solutions and was a pleasure to deal with.

Holding a rental deposit of over £20k after my family exited a rental property rented by KF. The property was left better than it was given to us and we have waited over two months for the deposit to be refunded. The individuals dealt with at HQ have been terrible and made my wife's life a living hell this past month....

Unfortunately it’s not first time when I found in monthly Knight Frank Landlord statements expenses which I did not authorised , I did not receive even any information about issue or quote. For example last example cost me £335 for new blind - it’s not urgent issue, why my property manager Pritesh Makwana did not inform me about issue and give me quotes in advance for approval? I got contract with Knight Frank for letting and property management but unfortunately I did not receive regular updates. Also I have to mention that quotes usually are extremely high and not competitive. Very disappointing in Knight Frank Standards in property management I send email according this issue to property manager with copy to regional manager but unfortunately - no reply as usual .
