GoogleWe love our new place! We were originally looking at a different one but it was let so Annabel arranged us to view this one and it's a million times better. They've been great and helped make the move as smooth as possible!

Yet another letting agent that view tenants as being a lower class in society. If you want to be treated with respect and have maintenance issues and contract negotiations handled professionally I would try someone else

TrustpilotTerrible experience
Terrible experience - arrogant, dishonest and just awful estate agents. They give the industry a bad name. I would go out of my way to avoid dealing with them in the future.

GoogleThe service we received from John D wood when selling our flat in 2015 was excellent. They were professional at all times, dealt with the inevitable set-backs calmly and kept us regularly updated with progress. I can't recommend them highly enough.

If I could give them no stars I would! They ignore calls and emails, don't contact us back. We have ongoing issues for months which they have done nothing about. Avoid them at all costs!!!!

GoogleGreat service - many thanks to the team at JDW. Courteous and knowledgeable, they maintained a sense of urgency when selling our house without putting too much pressure on anyone. Their advice was also balanced and helpful. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house with John D Wood and were very impressed by the level of service we received. Jake Ramsden in particular ably assisted us throughout the purchase process and in getting to completion.

Abysmal service. Lack of professionalism. Was promised the earth and then told to reduce my property price constantly to get a quick sale. Cowboy outfit posing as class Estate agents.
