My experience with the St.Albans team was very good. I felt that the whole team worked well together with myself on the sale of the house. Obviously there were setbacks and sometimes difficult decisions to make but I well advised and guided by them, resulting in a positive result.

We’ve been using Hamptons to manage our two properties in the Bath area for the last 15 years or so as we work overseas. After a slightly patchy start with some less capable managers, Rebecca Hitchman has cemented their service at a solid five stars. Professional, responsive, smart and efficient, she is everything you’d want in a property manager. The back office work, contract preparations, accounting, etc has all been excellent - a huge relief when so far away…

I think we currently have a far from uncomplaining tenant in my flat. In my opinion, she has been dealt with very well given the somewhat wide arc of her criticisms and demands. Whilst these complaints about noise in the vicinity might be very reasonable were the flat in the countryside, I may not be alone in thinking them not entirely well-grounded in Knightsbridge.

This is a review focusing mainly on the property management aspect. We have recently switched to Hamptons after a very poor experience with our previous management agent (chestertons). Having a good property manager that cares and is reactive and responsive has been unfortunately very rare from our experience. Yet it is so important to make landlords feel comfortable that their property is in good hands, and for tenants to feel comfortable in their home. Luckily we've been assigned Nicole D. who so far has ticked all the above boxes. Responsive, courteous and seeking good and swift solutions. So far due to this positive (albeit short) experience with Nicole we give hamptons high recommendation and will provider further reviews as time passes and we have more extensive experience with them. Good start, keep it up.

I was a tenant and am still awaiting my tenants deposit after a month. Appalling excuses for delays and slippery staff. Promised payment (again and again) by and nothing. Had to take out grievance with Tenant Deposit Scheme, which means they can keep money for another 6 weeks. BEWARE

We recently sold our house with Hampton's Godalming, who were absolutely fantastic. The entire team we had dealings with (Andrew Blagden, Ross Bounds, Phillipa Kilby, Jason Harvey) could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond, had first class customer service and communication skills and made us feel supported through the whole process. If you are thinking of moving, I would go to Hampton's Godalming. They will make what is billed as one of the most stressful things you will do in your life, that much easier. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

I would thoroughly recommend the team at Hamptons Godalming. As a seller, they did a fantastic job of marketing and selling my house in Godalming , and as a buyer the took the stress out of securing our next home. A special mention goes to Jason Harvey, a commensurate professional who guided me through the process, navigating all obstacles with ease and maintain excellent relations between the parties, and also to Pippa Kilby, a brilliant marketer and perhaps the only person I would want to conduct views if I were to sell again. They are both real assets to Hamptons and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We recently sold our house using our local Hamptons branch in Godalming. Having bought the house through them we were happy with their service that time so it seemed sensible to use them for the sale. We were not disappointed, Jake did the initial appraisal and certainly knows and understands the local market. We had a viewings day booked in with the team enthusiastically conducting the tours, from that we received two offers (one at and one just below asking price). Ross Bounds did some sterling work helping bringing the offer to completion in just 10 weeks. Excellent all round, highly recommended.
