GoogleLandlords and tenants beware. Crooked, lazy and incompetent. Shoutout to Malik at fastPM, who through sheer laziness and stupidity, ensured my entire deposit was returned to me through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme dispute service by default as he didn't bother responding to them either.

GoogleI pay for a bills included home and the energy and gas company turned up, with a warrant, to takeaway the meter because the agency hadn't paid them. They owed 24 thousand pounds. Agency were nowhere to be found ofcourse. Avoid them. Do not trust them.

GoogleWe got our deposit back after about two months of nagging, after you leave they will completely ghost you on email and whatsapp. I had to email threatening with council action (which I also followed through on) before we got anything. This is alongside the horrible quality of the flat, not fixing things like the shower door, takes forever to get things fixed or to get responses. Someone came to my door from the council saying the flat and near by flats were not registered with the council or something similar. Report these guys at every opportunity.

GoogleThis is a terrible company to rent from. It took me MONTHS of nagging for them to even bother coming to look at the mould in my bedroom. Constantly had issues with mice, mould, appliances not working and overall problems with the property. Terrible at communication, never really knew who our landlord was. Very unreliable and would not recommend to anyone. AVOID.

GoogleThis place is horrible do not rent from them they do not care about anything that have to do with the flat, homeless come inside the building whenever they want and use corridor and stairs as toilet, they sleep in comunal area. They never answer emails and when you call them they tell you to email but never response to nothing. Be careful is you are a girl living alone because people knock on you door all the time.

GoogleIndeed they are terrible agency, I just got my deposit back after a month and weeks as i was going to take them further to court. Anyone going to rent from them is at their own risk. They don't deserve any star.

GoogleThis guys are bunch of crooks ! if you love your peace of mind don't go anywhere near them . I wish I could give them zero star. They hold my deposit using all sort of tricks to seize it. I will fight this !

Googleextremely slow to give your deposit back, fake pictures of the property on the listing, quick to blame tenants for obviously longstanding issues with the house. If you can avoid it do not rent with them

GoogleVery strange company they advertise one set of pictures on Zoopla and then when you arrange the viewing the night before they update it to the real images of the property, and when I cancelled the viewing they put the pictures back to deceiving images. Personally totally avoid they are not honest.

GoogleDo NOT rent any property with this people. You won't see your deposit never again. They won't pay council tax even if they agree to do it under a contract. We simply got tired fighting to get our money back. I doubt that anything they do is legal at all. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
