GoogleI recently instructed Elderflower to manage my properties and the whole process was handled by Zak, Koshun and the team very professionally, from getting the tenants through to them moving in. They literally took care of everything. Every question was answered and I was put at ease during the whole process. I would highly recommend this Estate Agent if you are looking to rent out your property without any hassle, This is definitely your place

GoogleDo not do business with these guys, they took our property on a management contract, subcontacted it out... have destroyed the property in under two years, ripped out plumbing, set up dangerous wiring around the property, Have never paid on time.... At the end of our 2 year contract they now say they can't get their tenants out and we have to issue a section 21.... it litterally could not be worse

GoogleI have used Elderflower Estates for many years and it’s definitely worth letting others know what an excellent service they provide for landlords, Zak is consistently an exceptional person to work with - he goes above and beyond in all aspects of his work. Excellent estate agents, the staff is welcoming and they make you feel relaxed. Very prompt and effective with responses to any issue or request. Definitely the best estate agents I have worked with, the business relationship continues..

GoogleStay away, they will let your property to others, they won’t pay you on time and will try incriminate you for asking for your own property back or simply ask them to pay the rent on time, Even tho the rent was paid to them by tenants The 4/5 star reviews are fake. Stay away
