Have had an absolutely horrible experience with Nicole! I booked a viewing for a house in Mornington Crescent, for 1pm on Wednesday the 25th of November which she didn’t arrive to. When I called to ask where she was, she took 15 minutes to tell me she won’t be coming while I waited outside the property. I expressed my disappointment as my friend and I were really keen on the house and we don’t want to lose it and we e rescheduled the viewing for 1pm on Friday the 27th of November. When she was 5 minutes late for this viewing, I called and was told she’d be on her way and will call me back to tell me how long while I waited outside the property again. She called back to say an offer had been accepted the day before and then told me she had called my friend to cancel, which is a lie. She told me this three times even when I told her she definitely didn’t, and there is no proof of the call. Will avoid Dexters in the area after waiting outside a viewing twice for an estate agent who doesn’t show up, doesn’t know what’s happening, and liesUPDATE: Nicole’s manager reached out to get more understanding of what happened. He sent me brochures for properties that are not what I’m looking for and asked me to remove the review, but at least they’re taking on feedback.

We are always happy with the property management service provided by Dexters as they are a professional and efficient team. And today we are extremely grateful to Donalina Gargrupe, their Property Manager. Our tenant has reported to them a boiler breakdown and a leak and Donalina has promptly responded to the complaint. She took the initiatives to contact different parties with a view to fixing the problem at the earliest, before reporting the case to us. And she is still following up the progress for us. She really gives us, and the tenant, a helping hand, especially in this cold weather. As the landord, we want to say: Donalina, your professionalism has given us a full peace of mind! I have had a Full Service Agreement with Dexters for 3 years. Have always found that the team led by Natasha have been timely and informative in their responses, issued statements on time, have handled any issues arising with the Tenants smoothly, have communicated any necessary maintenance issues clearly and then arranged for their action quickly and at a fair cost. No problem in recommending them to prospective Landlords.

I used Dexters as managing agents for 10 years. I have always found them to be highly professional and reliable. Munir in particular has assisted me on 2 occasions when financial pressures have caused huge stress. On both occasions, he has gone over and above the “extra mile” in order to find a satisfactory solution. He has been both professional and approachable showing that it is possible to show a human side even when trying to maintain a business in these difficult times. I would have no hesitation to thoroughly recommend Dexters.

GoogleI had a very good experience at Dexter’s Putney with Julien, Ricardo and Archie who have helped me with renting a house they advertised. Most of my dealings were with Archie who has been great to deal with as he is very professional whilst at the same time never treated me like a number and was always kind and helpful. I would Betty much recommend Dexters to anyone.

GoogleMyself and my partner are moving down to Putney later this year and were fortunate to land Tommy as our agent. He has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. This was amazing, especially as we are relocating and lacked some knowledge on the local market. During our flat visit he was able to provide great information, and was very well put together and professional in both his tonality and appearance. He has further been great throughout the signing and referencing processes and we have had full confidence in how he has communicated with the landlord on our behalf. Overall we have had a great experience with Dexters, especially with Tommy, who has been amazing. We would both highly recommend!

Really really bad agency, worst service ever encountered, especially the hyde park branch.it is always hard to contact them to get things fixed, or get any in-time reply. When we wanted to renew our contract they always pushed back either later or to someone else and then in the end we couldn't make it;Worst part is that they even ignored our deposit refund request (which should be naturally reasonably refunded), even though we check-out several days in advance + hired professional cleaning service they recommended. Again they pushed back to someone else or to the landlord, or to sometime later, anyway after one month we still haven't got our deposit refund back and there's no one taking care of this, they only care about their next tenant, once the deal is made they are just like "vanished", no service at all, completely mess, wouldn't recommend at all !

We have been renting properties managed by CJ Delamere who then turned into Dexters for nearly 8 years. We were never late with our rent and rarely made any demands on the landlords. However, the last time we moved out - they are trying to extract from us over £500 for cleaning a small unfurnished 3 bedroom house and £200+ for tidying the garden. A total of £700 for a small house with just some cleaning? It is now 2 months later - and they still have not repaid our deposit which was nearly £2K. All the house needed was a deep clean for the new tenants. So, make sure you protect your deposit - if not you will enter into a prolonged dispute and make sure to take photographs at the outset of all the damage to the property when you move in.

I’ve used them as property managers for our portfolio for 3 months now and particular credit to Myra Mettam - she has been very attentive to both us and our tenants with no complaints or issues from either side.
