When choosing a rental Jack was really helpful and nothing was ever a problem and then once we moved in we did have some issues with the flat, but Craig who is in charge of maintenance came around and checked everything then contacted the owner and organised for everything to be resolved. Ed******. One of the sneakiest agent.He harassed us to let people do some works and we found out that they have been using utilities and had us pay for it. Hundreds of pounds...He just kept ignoring phone calls and emails and randomly replying to say that he is discussing with the company to get us paid back.I wouldn't trust dexters agents. They will lie to you and make you believe that you're having a good deal (e.g. asking to not discuss rent with neighbours, which I did obviously and literally had a group chat) then harass you to leave them a review on-line. SMH.And if the review is not positive, they will try to get it removed!
