We’ve been with City Locations for over 11 years now, and it’s been a fantastic experience throughout. They’ve always been reliable, professional, and incredibly friendly. Anytime there’s been an issue or damage at the property, they’ve responded quickly and sorted it out without any hassle. They were also really supportive with my parents, especially since English isn’t their first language. The team was patient, respectful, and made sure they understood everything clearly. That kind of care really makes a difference, and it meant a lot to us as a family. It’s rare to find a letting agency that’s this consistent and supportive over such a long period. Special thanks to Irshad for always being so helpful and attentive. Highly recommended!!!!

Deeply discriminatory behaviour! I contacted one of their agent to request information about a flat that was still listed as available. Communication was initially normal; however, after I disclosed that I receive housing benefits (I am also studying and working!) they stopped responding despite clearly viewing my messages. After repeated attempts to follow up, I was eventually blocked and removed through an automated response, without any valid explanation. Rejecting or excluding an applicant solely because they receive housing benefits constitutes discrimination. Under the Renters Rights Act and established legal principles, prospective tenants must not be treated less favourably on the basis of benefit status. I believe this conduct is unlawful and reported this agency to the relevant authority. The property remained advertised as available throughout this process. Please be aware of your rights as tenants and do not allow these people to treat you like numbers! I contacted the advertiser to request information about a flat that was still listed as available. I would highly recommend City Locations! I have rented through City Locations for the past 6.5 years. The only reason I have to move out now is that they do not have a property that would suit my needs at the moment. Since the time I moved in, everyone in the team (Irshad and Irfan -two people in the same name) has always been very kind, considerate, accommodative and friendly in all the services they have provided. 'Having a high standard of professionalism does not mean lack of empathy or kindness' is exactly what makes City Locations stand out from other letting agents. I have not had to keep reminding them about anything as they have remembered my queries/ requests with regards to any fixes and other related matters and dealt with them in an efficient and timely manner.
