GoogleAn excellent experience with both Rae (sales) and Steve (rentals), both of whom have come up trumps with quality introductions. Rae put in a the hard graft and commitment assisting with some complex legal enquiries needed to close off the sale. Steve also found some high quality tenants for a substantial rental property and was fair and flexible in negotiations. Overall Chestertons I can say that Chestertons are a professional, comitted and high performing estate agency. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

GoogleWhat a shambles of an agency! Have been trying to get the deposit back for three months! All parties signed off over 10 days ago and funds still not released. Joyce never responds to emails or returns calls! Her team repeatedly make up excuses that she’s out etc rather than resolving the matter.
Chestertons couldn’t organise a pi** up in a brewery!!!

Lost trust and confidence. Our house was empty and only people who had access were the agents. They left the property unsecure for days, letting water in and as a result damaged our property. They also come in and out of the property to use our toilet and leave it in a dirty state.
