GoogleAwful agent to deal with. We put an asking price offer in for a flat last week. I don't even think they put that offer forward to the landlord as the property was kept on the market for viewings for the following 5 days. Minimal contact throughout the process, we had to chase them every time for an update. Didn't even bother telling us the flat had been let to someone else, we had to chase them to find that out as well.
