Chesterton's management division is extremely slow, lackluster in its approach, and inefficient to say the least. They simply want to collect their management fees, however, when it comes to servicing the client they respond when it suits them and often by different individuals within the firm that are not up to speed with the matter at hand.I have unpaid rent and they are doing very little to resolve the matter. Furthermore, they take an extremely long time to respond thereby causing a delay in resolving any issues that need to be addressed for my rent to be paid.They lack professionalism and are purely focused on revenue as opposed to servicing their clients. If you want peace of mind and smooth and efficient service as a landlord, choose another company.

This review specifically for Tatiana in the Wandsworth branch. Overall the Chesterton’s experience was far from perfect and there were many frustrations along the way but we were glad to have Tatiana as a property manager because she treated us like human beings when frankly, we felt we were being treated simply as walking money signs by the wider corporation at times. She conducts herself with grace and fairness - a consummate professional. Give her a raise!

Ridicolous!It's the 23rd of November and STILL we are waiting for answers (useless). Everytime I call the agency the property maager is always a) in a meeting, b) on the phone c) in training d) 'He is not in yet'. We such that we bet the answers every time! This is the worst agency ever! Stay far from them! Unfortunately we have to stay with them at least 2 years. Poor us. P.S. Chestertons, do not write any answer to this review. Pick up the phone and do something!!!!!
