As a fellow property manager myself in Bath, I can confidently say that her dedication, communication, and efficiency are truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to resolve the issues at my daughter's rental property, which was left with a leak upon move-in, causing significant disruption and distress. Despite the challenges, Laverne worked tirelessly to get everything sorted, booking contractors and keeping me updated every step of the way. Renting with Chesterton's has been the most stressful, dishonest, greedy soul-sucking housing experience of my life. They have been extremely uncooperative and maintained fraudulent stances in order to line their pockets despite being presented with extremely clear cut evidence. They have consistently refused to respond to communications, and have ignored official complaints made to their customer service department. I truly have nothing kind to say about this experience and hope somebody reads this and saves themselves a few years of stress and several grand in rent. Take your business elsewhere.edit: a week later and still no responses despite following up with numerous people. disappointed, but not surprised.
