Being independent and comparatively “new”, on paper, C. Scott and Co. didn’t seem like the right choice. But we decided to go with our hearts and not our brains on this one. It just felt right. I cannot emphasise enough how right that decision was. Carrie’s focus and dedicated hands-on approach meant the house was sold extremely quickly. Well within current market timeline expectations, while still aligning with our price expectations. But it wasn’t just that…. Carrie handheld us through the entire process. Whether it was arranging photography with the tenants, setting up viewings, helping manage tenant notices / tenant comms, organising movers, furniture sales, legal matters, Carrie was all over it. This, along with frequent updates, always provided in a way that made us feel calm, all added to Carrie's world class service. A service above and beyond is what you can expect from C. Scott and Co. I could go on, but please do ask Carrie for my details, should you wish to hear any more or even corroborate the above, and I will happily do so. All the best for the future Carrie and I have no doubt we will be doing business again.

Carrie has recently sold my flat in Wandsworth. We were under tight timelines and I felt that Carrie was in complete control throughout the process. I was provided with regular updates on viewings and feedback and once into the offer and exchange stage Carrie was on top of the situation. As always there were a few bumps along the way but they were dealt with professionally and promptly. Most importantly Carrie was up front and honest about the sales process and felt like a partner throughout. Carrie was recommended to me by a friend and I would have no hesitation in doing the same.

Carrie was recommended to us by a friend whose flat she had successfully sold and we could not be more grateful to them for passing on her details. Having not had any luck selling our flat with 4 estate agents, Carrie was like a breath of fresh air and she came in with new ideas for the photos, additional marketing ideas and an incredibly knowledgeable and professional approach. All of the viewings were done by Carrie herself and not some junior agent who had never stepped foot in our property. During the whole sale process she was was always fighting our corner and made the process as smooth as possible. We honestly couldn’t recommend Carrie enough!

We cannot recommend Carrie and her services enough. Professional and thorough right from the get go, we were selling our maisonette which previously had been on with a larger well known estate agent who quite frankly were useless. Carrie made everything so easy and within a week of having our property on the market she had two offers for us and at exactly the price we were looking for. You will not find this service elsewhere, she guided us through everything and has made this entire process stress free. Carrie was the agent representing the sellers of a Wandsworth property. While her fiduciary obligation is to represent her selling clients, I felt she was very fair in her exchanges with both parties and she was exemplary in the deal. By disregarding polite request for privacy this company should have no respect or business from anyone! Follow up to the response: Yes, it is about the leafletting. However, I can only see your company on the leaflet and not any other company who may have distributed those. I believe they were your choice and have followed your guidelines as to the distribution of your advertising material. Not me but you are the person who have to take it up with them. I can see plenty leafletters who come to my door, read the note and leave without depositing any papers. I see no reason for others not to do the same. If you send me the other company's name, I will check for your 1 star review to their services and will remove mine from your. This would be fair, right?

I hired Carrie to be my buying agent having seen a number of local positive reviews for her work on Facebook and elsewhere. For me, as an expat going through the buying process in the UK for the first time on my own, I felt like I didn’t have the full picture and I hated not having a single trusted point of contact to guide me through the process. After countless pointless viewings and one failed sale, I began working with Carrie. She listened to what I wanted, gave me honest feedback as to what was achievable, connected me with an excellent and personable mortgage broker and helped me sort the wheat from the chaff by doing many of the initial viewings so I wasn’t seeing a bunch of properties I wasn’t going to like.
