We interacted with numerous estate agents in the process of purchasing our home and Michaela was easily the best. Obviously we wouldn't have bought our home if we hadn't liked it anyway, but I can honestly say Michaela made all the difference to the sale. She was experienced, well-informed and very responsive. She was open from the start about potential problems with the property - which had she concealed and they'd come to light later, would probably have scared us off. She was unfailingly patient (we made her show us round the same house three times!) and knows the area really well, which helped make our decision easier. I speak from a buyer's perspective but if we were ever to sell our house, I would not hesitate to use Michaela and I would recommend her and Aspire to anyone looking for an estate agent local to this area.

They are communicative, professional and friendly and at no point in the entire process were they anything other than measured and thoughtful in explaining our choices along the way. No Value for money - Terrible service and very bad attitude

I don't know how they work with the locals, however, as an international buyer I wish I never came across this establishment (Clapham High Street branch). I bought a flat that was previously managed by this branch and when I moved in I found the following damages despite some of them being reported prior to the purchase: - Underfloor heating pump broken - Gas boiler not working - Shower/bath tap broken - Kitchen fan extractor broken - A sliding door from the bedroom wardrobe was missing - Blinds in the living room were broken - Toilet flush broken - Nails and cracks in the walls at the entrance and in the living room - The property was briefly clean just with a spray and a mop They were in a management agreement with the previous landlord and yet they totally failed to check that the apartment was returned in the same state it was found by the tenants. The service was inadequate, unprofessional, careless and full of attitude. The managers are opinionated, manipulative, arrogant and entitled, rather than resolving the issues (which is what they are paid for) they just play the old blame game. If you are an International or an EU individual/business, I don't recommend Aspire at all, the standard of the service is way below the Continent. For your peace of mind STAY AWAY from this establishment, they are not value for money!

Adam responded immediately to the request for valuation and was clear about his expectations which was helpful in moving forward. He attended all viewings ( along with his partner chris) and we received feedback. This was continually helpful in moving forward. I would recommend them mainly because they involve all the parties involved and help smooth the process and deal with all the stresses. I confess that until I dealt with Aspire I assumed all estate agents were shifty characters in shiny suits. Dealing with Adam - he handled both my sale and purchase - was a revelation. He was straight-forward, extremely knowledgeable, reassuring, tactful and professional. He's also an excellent communicator who kept me updated throughout the process.
