GoogleMartin held initial discussions with us and his personable professional approach persuaded us to use his company. Subsequently, their back office support was excellent. Our sale was managed by Darrell Domingo who was also excellent. Very personable and did a good professional job; keeping us well informed at all times. We were never left wondering what was happening. A great example of how Estate Agents should behave and perform. First class service.

GoogleDarrell was very clear and helpful throughout the process of buying our new house and was a pleasure to deal with. He had no problem answering our many questions and gave us good advice when needed. He is knowledgeable about the area and dealt with our purchase without a problem through a process which was quite lengthy and difficult due to the tricky sale of our flat. Highly recommended.

GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Martin and his team. They were always very responsive and did an excellent job selling our house, starting with providing sound pre-sale 'do's and don'ts', followed by good pricing advice and a marketing approach that was spot-on and enabled us to achieve a very good price very quickly.

GoogleBrilliant! There’s a reason you see so many MF sale boards around Walton and surrounding areas. Special thanks to both Ashley and Darrell who have guided us through the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new home. Despite there being numerous legal hiccups, Ashley and Darrell have worked hard to get us from sale to completion in around 3 months which isn’t too bad at all. Hopefully we won’t be moving anytime soon, but when we do we’ll have no hesitation in using MF again.

GoogleA big "thank you" to Martin, Ben and the team. We bought our last home through MF&Co and sold it on again 22 years later! In all that time the service has only improved and we cannot recommend you highly enough.

We worked closely with Darrell on the sale of our property and went above and beyond to guide us every step of the way. GoogleDarrell helped us to secure our home purchase in Walton after a very difficult year of trying to sell our home in a different area unrelated to Martin Flashman. He has been professional throughout, has helped us out with finding local contractors, discussing historical changes to the house through him keeping strong relations with previous owners and with finding out about our utilities setup to aid us with that. He was flexible enough and thought out of the box to find ways to secure a deal for us and the seller that worked for both parties. Overall, he’s been excellent with his communication between us and all involved parties in the sale. You can’t put a price on help like this. We would certainly use Martin Flashman again in the future based on our very positive experience with them.
