We were unable to see the flat in person before we reserved it due to the lock down measures in place, but Daniel was extremely helpful and responsive. He even sent us measurements so we could order the right TV! The Just Move In service also provided was hugely helpful in making the move stress free and smooth - and yes, the WiFi did actually work on the first day!

Unlike most of my previous experiences with agents, they really care and everyone is very professional.
Daniel is responsive and kept me up to date throughout the whole process and just made everything easy. The property I'm renting is in a great condition. The oven was faulty on moving in, however a brand new replacement was installed within a couple of days.

GoogleOne of the best flats ever. Great decor, good road links, well maintained, nice kitchen, shops and buses are right at doorstep.
Abbeymove is great and very friendly agency, with an amazing landlady, Dorothea. We have just updated our contract and Paul from the agency gave us excellent support and customer care. They also fix any issues straightaway, respond to emails as well. Abbeymove is the best agency in the borough. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Wow, Michael, super-harsh feedback! Particularly after you decided to rent an apartment through us. You’ve been so nice and such a delight to work with. We’re sorry you feel this way.
As mentioned at the time and on the phone a moment ago, we’re extremely sorry for being late for the appointment. Someone was sent to the viewing within 20 minutes of you calling the office and saying that no one had arrived.
The property that you initially viewed wasn’t for you. We talked through the type of thing that you were ideally looking for and subsequently recommended another apartment that wasn’t on the market and suggested that you went on an exclusive viewing before it went to market. We immediately took you to view that apartment and you decided to take it.
A zero-deposit option was arranged for you. And the standard tenancy length was amended to suit your wishes. We also arranged a second viewing of the apartment so that your partner could view. We arranged for professional photographs and a detailed floor plan to be carried out (something that was not going to be done) and these were sent to you. The referencing and signing and serving of the tenancy documents were managed smoothly by us. And we provided you with free furniture that you requested on top of the standard items that came with the apartment. You changed the agreed move in date and time which we accommodated without fuss. Our complimentary move in concierge service also took care of the smooth transfer of the utility and council tax accounts into your names.
Despite the property being professionally cleaned, as is noted on the inventory (carried out by a professional inventory clerk), it didn’t quite meet your requirements and we requested that the landlord arranged for the property to be cleaned again. The cleaning wasn't to your satisfaction on the day you moved in because the floor was dusty so we arranged for the property to be professionally cleaned again (for a third time), as soon as we were able to, the following morning.
That morning, you reported that the bathroom door didn’t quite close properly. We arranged for an engineer to visit at a mutually agreed convenient time later that morning. Unfortunately, you missed the appointment and the tradesman’s call out charge was covered by us (without reference to you). We then arranged another appointment and the door now closes properly.
In summary, it’s regrettable that we were late for your initial appointment and apologise for this. However, we feel that the level of service you have received since has been extremely good and above and beyond what would normally be expected. Our other reviews reflect this.
We’ll strive to meet your levels of expectation going forward and sincerely hope you enjoy living in your new home.
